How to design a PCB which works under impulse signal?

I use AVALANCHE transistors to generate very short pulses ,and propagate to a coaxial-cable.I know I must design this part of pcb in RF or microwave condition. A good matching must be achieved.The question is how can I decide the frequency and bandwith ,and how to match this transistor which works in avalanche condition?
My english is poor,I hope my interpretability is clearly!

平常我们设计射频微波电路板都是有一个工作频率，根据这个工作频来设计微带板。可是如果信号是很窄的脉冲，比如说脉宽200ps。那我应该按照什么样的频率设计微带板呢？
