安装不了RVDS 3.1版本？

我的PC安装不了RVDS 3.1软件，有那位大侠知道原因么？我的CPU是AMD 四核的。

提示错误如下:

Error: Launching the ARM Installer has failed

This ARM Product does not contain an installer. It instead relies on finding
one on your computer from a previously installed product.

The ARMROOT environment variable which helps locate this installer is not set.
Please either
A) (re)install a suitable ARM product
or
B) manually set your ARMROOT environment variable to the full path of the dir
ectory containing your previous ARM product.

以前有高人说过, RVCT不能在AMD的CPU上安装,只能装在Intel上面

在其他电脑上装好，文件拷过来，手动设置系统环境变量，也可以用了。

支持？你是说支持AMD，请问你是怎么弄的啊，貌似可以编但是生成的Bootloader有问题
