<P >PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVES:</P>
<P >&#8226;Commit to audio design and evaluate </P>
<P >MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
&#8226;Audio design in new antenna module with mechanical engineer .
&#8226;Liaise with XX/ customers/suppliers if necessary
&#8226;Support all departments in audio issue including training, jig, fixtures designs etc.
&#8226;Ensure all design results /process to fulfil company quality and environmental procedures
&#8226;Any other tasks defined by supervisor or top management</P>

<P >CRITICAL ATTRIBUTES (Necessary to carry out the requirements of the position):</P>
<P >QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
&#8226;Minimum 1 years in the acoustic design of speaker.
&#8226;Acoustic design of mobile phone will be a distinctive advantage.
&#8226;To ensure that mobile phone design meet the SPL spec &amp; S/N ratio. Provide technical   
    Support to proto builds &amp; production starts.
&#8226; Proficiency in Pro-E CAD design</P>
<P >ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:  (Technical/Professional knowledge and skills e.g. Planning &amp; Organising, problem solving, leadership, decision making etc)
&#8226;Familiar with product design and mold design
&#8226;Good communication with collectivity
&#8226;Strong ability of leading a team</P>
