1.Senior Application Engineer—switch（hardware）[/COLOR]
Education:
BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience:
5+ years of applicable work experience on board design.
Strong problem-solving skill to isolate and resolve issue
Experience with HW board design for switch/router/networking/
Familiar with SI and EMI design.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY:
Support customer to resolve issue for switch product line.
Guide customers for schematics and layout design
Writing tech documents including datasheet, app notes and schematics and layout guideline etc
Define and design reference and demo board
Responsible for system level HW test and support
Provide detailed technical training to FAE and customers
Help product definition with field feedback


2.Senior Application Engineer—switch(Software)[/COLOR]
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this position are:

        Support customer to resolve issue for switch product line.
        Porting software/SDK for cusomter and develop customized application
        Write SW user manual and application note for customer/FAE
        Provide detailed technical training to FAE and customers
        Help product definition with field feedback
Qualifications
The person in this role should have the following capabilities and qualifications:

Technical
        BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
        5+ years of applicable work experience
        Strong problem-solving skill to isolate and resolve issue
        Experience with switch/router/networking development, prefered with Driver development
        Experience with embedded Linux/VxWork or eCos/Nuclear OS.
        Experience with MIPS/ARM platform
        Familiarity with hardware debugging
        Knowledge of networking protocols and security concepts
        Experience with full software life cycle and delivery mechanisms

Non Technical
        Strong communication skill to interface with FAE, customer, R&D, marketing and sales
        Able to handle multi-tasks with priority
        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
        Self motivated and quick learner
        Willing to travel for on-site support
        Good team player


3. Sr. Software Engineer—Ethernet Switch driver[/COLOR]
QUALIFICATION(DETAIL):
Education:
Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:
5+ years experience in telecommunication system development.
5+ years experience in Linux and open source software with focus on kennel driver design and implementation.
Proficient with C/C++ programming languages.
Very experienced with kennel debugging and crash analysis.
Knowledge of Object oriented design and programming techniques
Experience on networking protocols.
Hands on Experience on Real Time Systems.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY:
Design and develop switch/router software.
Design and develop Linux Device Driver software.
Customize and optimize OS kennel
