Roles and Responsibilities:

This position will lead a Firmware team in R&D Shanghai, reporting to R&D Director in Shanghai and Global Firmware Director in US. He/She will be responsible for:

•Direct and manage Firmware team here, set the objectives for both team and team members.
•Define Firmware Project Goal, Scope and Deliverables that support business goals.
•Identify the resource requirement and manage the resource allocation.
•Identify and resolve the issue or conflict within the team and other teams.
•Cooperate with a wide variety of sources, including upper management, client and other functional team for both local and global team.

Knowledge and Skills:

•Be familiar with Software/Product Development lifecycle.
•Extensive Experience with Firmware Design and Architecture.
•Experience with Firmware Design and Development on TI platform is mandatory.
•Understanding of Embedded OS kernel working mechanism, Experience in uCLinux or Linux is mandatory;
•32 bit microprocessor architecture experience (preferably ADI Black fin);
•Knowledge about ARM, Cold Fire, and xScale;
•Experience developing boot code / power on self test (POST), experience developing board support packages (BSP);
•Familiar with UDP/TCP/IP, Ethernet, Internet (http), socket programming (both Winsock and BSD socket), and Streaming protocols (RTSP, RTP, RTCP);
•Experience with In-Circuit Emulators or Logic Analyzers;
•Persuasive, encouraging and motivating.
•Strong written and oral communication skill in both Mandarin and English


Education and/Or Experience:

•MS or PH.D Software or Electrical Engineering degree required.
•5+ years experience with embedded real time C and C/C++.
•At least 5+ years experience in embedded systems design and related fields of development. (preferable in an engineering/R&D environment)
•Proven experience leading and building a team of 5 to 8 firmware engineers, preferably in international company
•Firmware project management experience, at least five projects from start to finish
•Able to prepare and present complex technical issues effectively to internal management.
•Must have demonstrated drive, initiative, creativity, and possess planning, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
•Experience with product specifications, system analysis, microprocessor-based systems and firmware design

工作待遇：税前年薪260k-340k左右
工作基本要求：
1.熟悉TI平台，熟悉uCLinux开发环境，精通C/C++，一直从事Firmware开发
2.有过ADI Blackfin处理器相关使用开发经验
3.熟悉网络底层协议，Socket编程
4.有过BSP经验更好
5.领导过5人以上团队
