Audio Designer, Component Development Owner
Description
  
Job Description:

Main responsible are listed as below:
-        Cooperate with supplier to definite and develop suitable audio components which contain speaker, receiver, microphone and vibrator for Nokia  product center;
-        Instruct product design team to do suitable audio design with available components from acoustic performance, easy-assembly and reliability point of view;
-        Analyze on field return samples and feedback to product design team or supplier to do design improvement accordingly.

Qualifications
   
Requirements:

-        B.Sc. in Electro-acoustic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other relevant major;
-        Min 3 years of audio component development experience；
-        Have electro-acoustic technology and familiar with one simulation tool at least;
-        Familiar with detail structure, working principle, and development trend of audio components;
-        Very experienced at audio test and familiar with common audio test system, such as Audio Precision, B&K and Listen;
-        Familiar with production and on-line test process of audio components;
-        Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
-        Team work spirit.

主要工作职责包括：
-        为诺基亚产品中心开发适合的音频元器件（包括微型扬声器，受话器，麦克风 以及微型马达）；
-        指导产品设计团队基于已有音频元器件开发出音质更好，适合生产且可靠性高的手机产品；
-        分析市场反馈的失效元器件，同时根据失效原因指导产品设计人员或者元器件厂商改进相关设计。
任职要求：
-        电声，电子工程，通信工程或者相关专业，本科及以上学历；
-        三年以上音频元器件产品开发经验；
-        具备电声学基础知识，且熟悉至少一种仿真工具；
-        熟悉音频元器件的内部结构，工作原理和发展趋势；
-        深入理解音频测试，且熟悉常用音频测试系统（例如Audio Precision, B&K and Listen）；
-        熟悉音频元器件的生产和测试流程；
-        具备较强的英语交流和书写能力；
-        具备团队合作精神。

-        Analyze and solve audio SW related errors;
-        Audio SW port for transplanting to new platform.


Qualifications
   
Requirements:

-        B.Sc. in SW Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other relevant major;
-        Min 3 years of relevant working experience with emphasis on software programming;
-        Good software design/programming skills in C and C++, with knowledge of code optimization and efficiency;
-        Familiar with embedded systems architecture and programming;
-        Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
-        Team work spirit.

-        基于诺基亚软件平台，实现新的音频相关产品功能；
-        分析并解决软件平台中音频相关的问题；
-        移植音频软件到新的硬件平台。

Main responsible are listed as below:
-        Cooperate with chipset supplier to definite and develop suitable audio DSP block for Nokia product center;
-        Instruct product design team to implement audio tuning especially for newly developed platform;
-        Analyze and solve audio DSP related problems with support and cooperation from chipset supplier.

Qualifications
   
Requirements:

-        B.Sc. in Signal & information Processing Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other relevant major;
-        Min 3 years of relevant working experience with emphasis on audio signal processing, DSP system development;
-        Familiar with architecture application of one DSP processor at least;
-        Familiar with  signal process related algorithm, such as speech enhancement, echo cancellation and so on;
-        Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
-        Team work spirit.



主要工作职责包括：
-        与芯片厂商合作为诺基亚产品中心定义并开发适合的音频DSP模块；
-        指导产品设计团队完成音频参数的调整；
-        分析并解决音频DSP相关的问题。
任职要求：
-        信号与信息处理，电子工程，通信工程或者相关专业，本科及以上学历；
-        三年以上音频信号处理或者DSP系统开发经验；
-        熟悉至少一种数字信号处理器的结构及应用；
-        熟悉语音信号处理算法（例如语音增强算法，回音消除算法等）；
-        具备较强的英语交流和书写能力；
-        具备团队合作精神。
