The OV2630 CAMERACHIPTM is a high performanc
2.0 megapixel CMOS image sensor for digital still imag
and video/still camera products.
The device incorporates a 1600 x 1200 (UXGA) imag
array and an on-chip 10-bit A/D converter capable o
operating at up to 15 frames per second (fps) with fu
resolution. Proprietary sensor technology utilize
advanced algorithms to cancel Fixed Pattern Nois
(FPN), eliminate smearing, and drastically reduc
blooming. The control registers allow for flexible control
timing, polarity, and CameraChip operation, which in tur
allows the engineer a great deal of freedom in produ
design. |
