Description
To setup bridge between design and production, develop test system according to designer's requirements, implement automatic mass production test, not only meet the RF test requirement from designer, i.e. the ability and accuracy of the test system can meet or exceed the performance of the DUT, but also reduce test time to meet production line's requirement.
For new project, to design test solution, develop TD-SCDMA and LTE TDD base station production test system, setup lab verification test environment to verify the correctness and accuracy of the production test.
For maintenance project, to on line support current GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA base station production, analyze any problem during mass production, locate and solve the problem either product it self or caused by test system.
Qualifications
Microwave & RF major. Wireless communication major, RF technology major, over 3 years related experience for bachelor (2 years for master).
Understand kinds of wireless communication RF parameters, meaning, concept, measure method and theory, such as Power, EVM, ACLR, PCDE, PVT, SEM, CCDF, blocking, receive sensitivity, frequency error, IM, NF and etc.
Be familiar with RF test instruments usage and working theory, such as Signal generator (Analog and digital modulation); Spectrum Analyzer/Signal Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer, Power meter, Noise Figure Analyzer.
Know about base station transceiver structure and block diagram, such as quadrature modulator/demodulator, mixer, PLL, amplifier (PA and LNA), reconstruction filter/anti-alias filter, ADC/DAC, DUC/DDC, carrier combine/split, DPD and etc.
Experience of I&V on base station and RF wireless communication product is a strong plus.
Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Good communication skills and team working. |
