PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
首要任务
stand from RF side, work with SAA team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with Key-customer\'s RD team, to ensure success in long term business relation

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
主要职责和工作表现评估标准
- well communication with customer to figure out customer\'s tech requirement
- evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer
- make RF design for certain project
- prepare RF sample, approval sheet, RF test instruction, with PM/ME
- work with ME/PM for all design documentation from RF side
- proactivly involve project activities for RF and general projects issue
- proactivly involve general department issue and provide training or otherhelp for new comer
- support production line for all design issue even after design release. Support production line for non-design issue per reporter\'s arrangement
RELATIONSHIP EXTERNAL&INTERNAL

Internal : all project related function of SAA
External  :  customer
JOB SPECIFICATION

Experience  经验
at least 1-2 years RF design expierence in mass production industry is preferable
Knowledge  知识
RF knowledge, ISO9001, Product Creation Procedure,Basic knowledge for TS16949 with PPAP process, APQP, SPC,PFMEA,MSA etc
Skills  技能
- work with team member with different individual natutral
- arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way
- good time management and skills in communication,negotiation,networking,result orientation,decision making,innovation. Sense of responsibility
- adjust way of work flexibly way in time manner, to adapt to changing situation (biz wise, or project, and team wise)
