CES-6410开发平台(实用型)采用三星公司最新ARM1176JZF-S 内核CPU S3C6410设计而成，本平台在多媒体处理，速度等方面较之前推出的CPU平台有了极大的提升，特别是在图形处理方面。

本平台采用核心板＋周边底板的模式，核心板为6层板，周边底板为4层板。尺寸基于7寸数字屏，主板由核心板和底板构成，核心板尺寸仅为：53*83mm，底板尺寸也仅为：126*191mm，本平台严格按照3C及CE认证要求，同时严格满足信号完整性，经过有多年相关经验的专业人士精心设计而成。外围周边非常丰富，功能强大，适用于各种手持设备、消费电子和工业控制设备等的开发。

       本平台最新支持五大操作系统为：Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R2、Linux 2.6.24（yaffs2文件系统）、Linux 2.6.21、Ubuntu 9.04、Android0.9/1.5，具有领先的软件优势与硬件优势，适合产品的开发与升级。
       软件即日起，WINCE全面支持Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3，新增如下功能：
