司筒就是推管，一般的螺丝柱里面用镶针成形，外面就用司筒顶出，
司筒和顶针、推板一样，都属于模具的顶出机构。

镶针一般指模具中圆形的镶件，尺寸要求很高的、容易损坏的都用镶针，还有一些刻字的内容也用镶针，更换相对容易。
