关于Wafer Level Camera 和 Reflowable Camera

有人了解现在的 Wafer Level Camera 和 Reflowable Camera 的状况么？

据我了解OV的 Wafer Level Camera 有出货给Apple和索爱。那么Aptina的呢？

其实 Wafer Level Camera 一定是 Reflowable的了，但是不知道是否有非Wafer Level Camera 但却是Reflowable的呢，听说ST有类似的阿

OV的OVM7690（带wafer lens)已经开始大批量供货了，大尺寸的sensor好象还在开发当中。象Apple iPod这么薄的外形设计，wafer level camera目前是唯一解决方案。

我从渠道听到的消息是OV为APPLE专门定制了一颗2M Sensor，用的是1.75um/BSI和Wafer level Lens。

ST does have the reflowbale modules for top one handset maker based on COB process.

Bothe VGA and 2M are ready.

Wafer level Camera Module have follow list solution:
1:OV7690,Nokia SMIA System
2:ST 2M solution,But qulity is very poor
3:Apptina 0.3M solution
4:Samgsung 0.3M solution
I think Wafer level need COB Process ,and Process Control Capabity
No more 5 Camera Supplier can meet
In east of China,Liteon/Foxconn/BYD can meet.
In my eyes,BYD is the worst in above supplier

For WLM,
1. Nokia won't use OV7690. However, S/E uses the OV7692
2. Nokia uses ST's VW6558 (VGA)
3. ST does have the 2M ready for Nokia

Wafer Level module NEVER use the COB !! Even Foxconn has troubles to make the wafer level modules.

2:WLM need COB Process,For WLM will use TSV sensor
3:ST have 2M Reflow Camera Module for market,Domestic market customer"Huawei"also have been domoned by camera module supplier.
4:Foxconn&Liteon are hight level of making Camera Module in East China

ST VS6451 - CIF phase out
ST VS6555 - VGA phase out
