Yield
Number of fixes produced divided by the total number of fixes attempted

CEP50
50% circular error probable –Distance whereby 50% of the horizontal error of the produced fixes are this distance or lessaway from truth position; calculated numerically by ordering thesuccessful samples by horizontal error, and taking the 50th percentile

yield 指成功定位次数与总定位次数的比值。
CEP50指定位成功率达到50%的时候定位与真实位置之间的水平误差距离，所以CEP50的单位为m.常见的 还有CEP68,CEP95,其意思同上。
