RF Hardware Design Engineer for Mobil Phones, Senior

Tasks:

·        Elaboration of RF hardware specifications according product requirements; development of RF hardware according specification; schematic creation; hardware simulation with EDA software; building and measuring prototypes; carrying out approvals;
·        Support of the PCB design team in the component selection, layout, placement and routing phase

Requirements:

·        Masters degree with thesis in the field of RF hardware preferred
·        Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in RF hardware design
·        Knowledge in the concepts of receiver, transmitter and antenna technology
·        Knowledge in the characteristics and measurement of typical building blocks such as filters, LNA′s, mixers, RF-power amplifiers, PLLs, IF amplifiers, demodulators, oscillators etc.
·        Knowledge in the requirements for excellent PCB layout for RF circuits.
·        Experienced in carrying out measurements with RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers etc.
·        Experience with RF design / simulation software such as Agilent ADS or Ansoft Designer
·        Experience with EM design / simulation software such as Ansoft HFSS or Zeeland IE3D
·        Basic system knowledge: Bluetooth, GSM, CDMA …

工作描述 – 高级手机射频/基带硬件设计工程师

Tasks:

任务

·        Elaboration of RF/BB hardware specifications according product requirements; development of RF hardware according specification; schematic creation; hardware simulation with EDA software; building and measuring prototypes; carrying out approvals;
·        针对产品要求，研究产品规格；根据产品规格，设计原理图；用EDA软件做仿真；设计原型机调试。
·        Support of the PCB design team in the component selection, placement and routing phase
·        支持layout做器件选择，布局确定，以及制定走线规则。

Requirements:

猎头职位三：
PCB Layout Engineer for Mobil Phones, Senior


Tasks:
-         Shall undertake complete layouts for mobil phones from schematic level;
-         shall undertake the complete design of a standard multilayer PCB using industry standard CAD tools;
-         shall understand the schematics and basic functionality;
-         shall have an overview of electronic packaging and be able to plan placement based on the signal flow;
-         shall identify the design requirements from schematic / datasheets / customer guidelines and ensure a smooth design flow;
-         shall address analog, and digital designs; shall understand the DFx needs and ensure that the same are built into the design practices;
-          shall take ownership of the entire design delivery. Work in close liason with the quality department to ensure  “zero defect“ designs.

Requirements:
-         Diploma in engineering with 3-4 year experience in mobil phone industry, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics with 2 years experience.
-         Should have undertaken complete design to final delivery using any of the PCB CAD tools.
-         Should have worked on ULC1 / ULC2 designs before (perfect would be if he already attend the infineon hardware training on ULC2)
-         Should be conversant with the industry design standards like IPC and any corporate design standards.
-         Should have complete understanding of the PCB manufacturing process and should have the ability to read component datasheets and asses the impact on the PCB design process – thermal, electrical and manufacturability / assembly issues.
-         Should have good mechanical knowledge as to understand the various mounting issues and component positional influence as governed by the product design.
-         Should be capable of understanding the impact of the design on the final product.
-         A good spoken and written English would be an advantage
-         Should be able to provide daily status report on design activity, issues to be resolved and design optimisation recommendations if any.

SW Engineer for MMI and Middle Ware with Focus on Driver Development for Mobil Phones.

Tasks:
·        Driver development
·        Design and develop GSM MMI software
·        Middleware and Firmware integration

Requirements:
·        Masters or bachelors degree in software engineering
·        Working experience (3-5 years) in software design on embedded system with over 2 years in mobile phone design
·        Knowledge and working experience with Infineon chipset (ULC1/2) and OSE (real time operating system)
·        Professional in C and C++ programming
·        Middleware and Firmware integration
·        Fluent in written and spoken English is an advantage
