modis下进入待机显示“请插入SIM1”

在6225下编译完modis后，在vc下运行，开机后待机界面显示“请插入SIM1”。看到打出来的调试信息如下：

使用的双卡的版本。
请教高手，是什么地方设置不对还是别的什么原因造成的。

可能是modis下的WIN32FS下缺少SIM_CARD目录吧
