1. DSP SW Engineer
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for 3G/LTE DSP SW developing, testing and maintenance;
-Develop the 3G/LTE Node-B (BTS) DSP SW base on the TI 64+ DSP, including the Channel Codec, UL receiver and L2 scheduler;

Requirements
- B.Sc or M.Sc in computer science, telecommunication or equivalent
- Proven track record and good skills in embedded SW programming with C
- Good written and spoken English skills
- 3+ years experience of embedded SW design
- Good knowledge about SW development process

In addition experience on the following areas is appreciated:
- Knowledge on LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMax/WCDMA L1/L2 technology (Rake receiver, OFDM, MIMO, Channel encoding/decoding, etc.) is a plus
- TI DSP processors, CCS

2. DSP SW Test Engineer
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for DSP SW functional testing and software integration testing.
- Support test tools and automation development
- Some communication and technology transfer of DSP SW testing between Oversea and China.
Requirements:
- M.Sc.or B.Sc.education in software or computer science;
- The ability to gather information needed for test case planning and testing.
- Knowledge of software development process and embedded systems.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Prior WCDMA/LTE Network knowledge is preferred.

3. 高级嵌入式开发工程师
岗位职责：
1、参与项目管理和需求分析；
2、参与系统架构分析设计；
3、团队管理，指导普通程序员开发；
素质要求：
1.本科及以上学历，四年以上软件开发经验；
2.三年以上C语言开发经验,有嵌入式系统或实时系统开发经验优先；
3.熟悉TCP/IP协议优先,有电信行业背景优先；
4.良好的沟通表达能力，较好的英语读写能力，口语满足基本交流；
5.团队合作、工作勤奋、学习能力强；

4. WCDMA Test Engineer
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for SW testing planning, execution and reporting in certain technical domain integration and verification for WCDMA platform.
Responsible for building up test environment, test tool maintenance and testing automation development.
Involved in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability.
Hands-on support to junior testing engineer.
Acting as a leader in large test cases.

Requirement:
Good knowledge in GSM/WCDMA network system.
Familiar with I&V process and practice. Good troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking.
M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years testing engineer experience in telecom R&D industry is an advantage for Specialist.
Enjoy team work and open communication.
Be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

5. Wimax 高级测试工程师
岗位职责：
1、制定测试计划和策略，进行测试用例设计。
2、组织和执行测试工作。
3、和客户沟通，维护和发展客户关系。
4、团队管理，指导普通测试人员开展测试工作。
5、负责团队的技术研究，解决技术难题
素质要求：
1.本科及以上学历，四年以上通信类产品测试经验；
2.熟悉基本测试流程以及软件开发流程；有IP网络或者通信技术背景优先；
3.有IP产品测试经验或者无线网络测试经验优先（WCDMA,CDMA2000,WLAN,etc）；
4.良好的沟通表达能力，较好的英语读写能力，口语可交流；
5.团队合作、工作勤奋、学习能力强；

6. SCM Engineer
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
SCM(Software Configuration Management) engineer is repsonsible for software packaging, building and deployment for the core network platform. The detail tasks are SCM daily operations within assigned projects, including compiling software with standard software build tools and packaging builds for release.
SCM engineer works closely with sw development team and project management team on planing/scheduling software build plan and deploy plan. Also make and maintain relevant documentation.

Requirement:
M.Sc.or B.Sc.degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experienced in SW version control tools like cvs, svn, clearcase is a plus.
Good sense of responsibility.
Good communication ability in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Strong team player and quick learner.

7. IP Specialist
Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
1) Responsible of IP platform(For ASN GW) design/implementation and driving long-term evolution of IP software platform for ASN GW.
2) Cooperate with operating system experts and application system engineers to enable the high performance ASN GW.

Requirements:
1) 5+ solid experience of building a IP product based on NP. MIPS experience is a plus
2) 3+ solid experience of working in Linux OS environment/Kernel
3) 5+ working R&D experience as sw designer/system engineer
4) High-level system designer as well as detailed technical exposure on code level.
