RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. RNC algorithm analyze and design

2. RNC system design

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:

1. Bachelor and above required; Major in relevant fields: telecommunication, computer software, electronic engineering, etc.

2. More than 3 years experience in wireless communication

3. Good background of 3GPP ,TD-SCDMA ,WCDMA or GSM

4. Has experience in 3GPP protocol processing and development，algorithm design and implementation or familiar with RRC/RLC/MAC/FP protocol

6. Has know-how on Development process

7. Has experience in development or system design

Knowledge:

1. Good background of Wireless Communication

2. Good background of Radio resource management algorithm

3. Good background of RNC system design

4. Background in SW development

Capabilities:

1. Initiative, self-motivation and positive personal personality

2.Good communication and team work

3. Ability to work and learn on own initiative

4. Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems

5. Ability to work under high pressure
