PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSTION

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Software QA engineer responsibilities to:
1) Be the Program Leadership Team Quality Leader for LTE
2) Be the Software Quality Lead driving the continued improvement within HZ and interfacing organizations
3) Promote the use and knowledge of software quality improvement techniques across the organization
4) Interface with engineering operations to manage, escalate and resolve customer issues
5) Understand, analyse and use data from across the business to drive quality improvements.
KNOWLEDGE
Basic Qualification:
3+ years experience with knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Software design and development experience
- Knowledge of E2E program development/management processes
- Understanding of customer field environment
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Experience with access network components of telecommunication network, e.g. Base station, WiMAX, etc
- Familiarity with Statistics Analysis and Quality improvement principles. First
