TF331是台湾泰发公司的一款基于51内核（单机器指令周期）的处理器，内部集成了高性能的8051内核，具有10/100Mpbs Ethernet MAC接口及高速UART-16550接口，能够进行TCP/IP协议处理，适用于信息家电、智能家居和工业自动化等。
下面是TF331的一些主要特点。

硬件部分：
   8 bit pipelined RISC TF390 core, 60MHz operating frequency, single cycle per instruction  
   Software compatible with standard 8051 and 80390  
   Supports up to 4M bytes Flash and 4MB SRAM without bank select  
   Five 8-bit GPIO ports  
   Build-in 10/100Mbps MAC  
   High speed (up to 1Mbps) UART
   Embedded 24K bytes SRAM for packet buffer and data memory  
   Built-in Internet Protocol Accelerator

软件提供：                 
   Embedded TCP/IP Protocol S Bundled HTTP Server Softwa IP, UDP, TCP and ICMP Prot support  
   Supports SNMP and Spannin
   managed switch  telnet, SMTP, UPnP support
   直接通过HTTP直接升级软件。

不外挂SRAM, 简洁的硬件设计，完整的SDK软件开发包让厂商非常容易针对具体的应用在短时间内推出网络智能化产品。
  
应用说明：
   串口转网口        TF331的结构特点非常容易的实现串口转网口的方案，它的协议硬件加速器和高速串口，性能和速度方面完全能达到客户的要求。
   远程网络智能控制  目前TF331提供的WEB SERVER的source code，在这基础上进行二次开发转口转以太网非常的方便，提供双串口一个高速串口和一个普通51上面的串口。
