Title: Sr. Broadband Wireless Researcher / Engineer.

Qualifications  
You should possess a Ph.D. and/or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related area with more than three and/or more than five years experience on wireless research and development. Additional qualifications include:
-         Broad and deep knowledge in wireless communication
-         Development experience in one of the following three areas: Internetworking among different technologies, or MAC layer processing for mixed media flow with different QoS requirement, or mobility management for service management, location management, user and terminal management
-         Research and/or Development experience in one of the areas including WiMAX, 3GPP LTE, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA
-         Knowledge in Orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) system
-         Familiar with wireless link level, system level design, and its methodology
-         Familiar with wireless simulation method and tools
-         A good team player, self motivated, fully-confident, and proactive in daily work
-         Excellent oral and written English
-         Experience in the WIMAX, 3GPP standard and contribution would be an added advantage  
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for actively participating in and contributing to the evolutive wireless technologies and standard, like 802.16e, 3GPP LTE, TD-SCDMA. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited t
-         Working closely with US and Asia-pacific team for local and international wireless research, development and project collaboration; provide technical analysis, research, design, advanced ideas and simulation result for driving target project success and technology convergence
-         Working with other teams to contribute innovative ideas to standard body as needed
-         Acting as a member of the wireless research team to participate in CTL advanced wireless project with the goal of innovating wireless research and development&
