急问哪里有60W Ku波段小体积的功放

想问一下国内哪个研究所或者公司，有60W Ku波段的功放。体积尽量小。

how about foreign companies. As I know, several companies can provide really small size SSPA with output power as high as 40W.

the company I am currently working have SSPA products with output power as high as 80W to 100W (P1dB and KU band) and size as small as 50cm *50cm *30cm (including everything: fans, heatsink, water proof structures).
