Hardware Design Engineer (ShenZhen)
Job :
Hardware design and manage hardware design project from schematic to debugging prototype.
Requirement :
At least 5 years hardware design experience in communication products.
Capable to handle design project from schematics design, giving guidance to layout engineer, building prototypes and debugging. He\She will also need to work with manufacturing and process engineer below to build hundreds of boards for our customers.
The design engineers are better to have WLAN and VoIP hardware design experience, especially WLAN hardware design experience which is definitely an advantage.
Being able to write user manual for their reference board in English.
Good English (written and oral)
Good design project management skill

Field Applications Engineer/Specialist (based in Xi’an)
Job Responsibility:
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager and Vice President, the major duties including-
Identify potential customers, make sales calls and establish good customer relationship
Assist customers for system design
Launch new products/service and promotion plan
Provide technical and application support to customers
Provide technical and product training to customers and distributors
Job Requirements:
B. Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a MUST
Strong technical background is a MUST
Experience in Voice Over IP (VoIP), voice codecs including G.711, G.723, G.729, AMR …etc and data routing protocols is a MUST
Over 3 years working experience in Telecom/Datacom industry, relevant experience in one or more of the following areas/products will be preferred
Voice Gateway, Access Gateway, Trunking Gateway, Broadband Router, Security/VPN Router, Soft Switches, Video Server, ….etc….
Open minded, good in communication, customer-oriented
Aggressive and willing to take challenging assignments

Job description
Work closely with Sales and customers to provide excellent support of new and existing business, including pre-design win and post design win.
Achieve design wins at customers
Support customers on-site when needed.
Work closely with global technical colleagues (USA, China) to provide backup support.
Track issues and defects and drive to resolution.
Provide quick response to key customers request on technical support.
Provide technical training to Sales team and customers.
Requirements
years+ of experience with Network systems, network processor & SW development experience preferred.
Knowledge and experience in RTOS, application development. On-hand experience with Linux/Vxworks is a plus
Experience using or supporting embedded products
Broad Networking or Telecom knowledge
Demonstrated ability to learn technology quickly
Very good English communication skills
Team player, self-motivation
Communication/Information Systems or EE. degree, Masters preferred

1. Staff Embedded Linux System/Software Engineer (ShenZhen)
Job Responsibilities:
-Directly work with customers to develop DSL products based on Linux platforms using Conexant chipsets.
Directly help customers to resolve Linux kernel and chip drivers problems, issues and requirements for customers on Conexant platforms
-Work closely with firmware, software, hardware and testing engineers in the US, India and China.
Requirements :
-Bachelor\Master degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
-Professional experience with embedded Linux driver and application development (5+ years).
-Good understanding of the telecommunication protocols (TCP/IP, IGMP and SNMP)
-Strong C/C++ Programming skills (5+ years). Assembly language is a plus but not required.
-Drivers development experience in Telecommunication products (modems, routers, switches,…) is a plus
-Good verbal and writing communication skills in both English and Chinese;
-Good team spirit and self-motivated;
-Good analytical and solving problem skills.
-Strong desire to learn new technologies.
-Traveling may be required

2.Software engineer (RTOS Vxworks) (ShenZhen)
Senior Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop DSL APIs and software functions for Modem/HomeGateway/DSLAM platforms using Conexant DSL chipsets.
-Work closely with DSL firmware/software/hardware engineers for API development and customer support;
-Work on a daily basis with R&D centers in United States and India for co-development.
Requirements :
-Bachelor\Master degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
-Professional experience with embedded software/RTOS (3+ years).
-Familiar with VxWorks, pSOS, Linux etc. Good debugging skill in Tornado debugging environment.
-Strong C/C++ Programming skills (3+ years). Assembly language is a plus but not required.
-Drivers development experience in Telecommunication products (modems, routers, switches,…) is a plus
-Good verbal and writing communication skills in both English and Chinese;
