eagle是来自德国的软件，30m，electra基于形状的无网格布线器才2m多，相比那些重量级动不动就几百，上G的块头着实轻松快速了不少。eagle除了不能仿真，原理图输入，pcb布线，自动布线一样也不少，它的特点是除了菜单输入外还可以在命令行方式下操作，另外它还支持类似于批文件操作的脚本操作，库的种类丰富，齐全，建库简洁，总之，用了之后越用越喜欢用。electra兼容于specctra，支持与protel，proteu等常用软件之间的转换。从官方网站看支持的cad有：

ELECTRA Product Overview
Adaptive Shape-based Autorouting technology
ELECTRA™ is a new generation of Shape-Based Autorouting software for PC boards. ELECTRA uses a multi-pass cost-based conflict reduction algorithm to find a routing solution adapting to the natural flow of the nets. Adaptive routing algorithm is the only proven approach to reach high completion rate. ELECTRA gives immediate feedback on the routing progress and conflict reduction rate.
CAD System Plug-in
ELECTRA uses industry standard format by reading design file (DSN). Routing results are saved into standard route file format (RTE) or session file (SES). ELECTRA is designed to Plug-and-Play into an existing CAD system supporting DSN file format and embedding the rules constraints into the transferred DSN file.
