Electronic and Mechanical Engineering Manager-DSC
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing Digital Camera EE and ME Design, Planning, Implementation, and Maintenance of processes and procedures according to the standard Flextronics development process (FPLC).
Direct and manage the design activities of a team of 10+ electronic engineers and ~10 mechanical engineers
Participate in crossing functional design review by outlining EE and ME requirements, consideration and test case.
In charge of product solution selecting and compare solution costs and functional difference.
Determine and resolve product technical issue and be able to communicate them to internal/external parties directly.
Responsible for the EE and ME design deliverables, and associated technical documentations.
Track and resolve all the product electronic and mechanical design  related open issue.

Relevant Experience Required:
At least 8 years experience in digital/analogue circuitry design and layout in (preferably Digital Camera industries, but not a must) consumer electronic products including supervision. Candidates with mechanical design or management background will be big plus, but not a must.
At least 3 years EE management experience in related discipline.
Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
Solves multiple, complex problems using high degree of initiative; develops innovative approaches to solve critical issues and architects and delivers world-class solutions.
Defines/determines and approves methods, standards, policies and procedures. Approves assignment objectives and regularly coordinates assignments cross-functionally and/or cross-site.
Familiar with EMI/ESD handling.
Experience with Cadence, OrCAD, Protel, PowerLogic, PowerPCB.
Experience with ME Design Tools will be a big plus, but not a must.
Good Leadership skill. Proven project handling skills is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills with multi-department and suppliers, international enterprise working experience will be required
Fluent English and Mandarin in written and spoken.
