Well, for the Shellcase's CSP package, there are 3 vendors: Shellcase, Xintech and WLCSP.
Xintech and WLCSP got the technology by licensing from Shellcase.

However, Tessera merged the Shellcase. Thus, now you have 4 sources to get the CSP.

In the meantime, all IDMs now have the TSV which is simliar with CSP but less EMI issues.

ST, Aptina has in-house supports. Samsung develop it through Tessera. OKI has the techno. from ZyCube.
