全球500强It企业Service Desk (Helpdesk/Deskside) Operation management Specialist
工作经验要求:
-At least 4 years working experience in providing IT Service Desk support.
-At least 2 years team leading/people management experience.
-At least 4 years IT End User Support experience.
-Experience utilizing Service Desk tracking/reporting systems or Infrastructure
-Experience in Service Desk process analysis, design and implementation
-Experience working under the pressure of deadlines, and with solving complex problems in a fast paced environment while maintaining high quality work standards.
专业技能要求:
-Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin.
-Knowledge of ITIL best practices related to service desk, incident and/or problem management is strongly preferred.
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills -Strong communications skills and organization skills
-Familiar with WinXP/Vista system and Microsoft office SW and have trouble-shooting capability
-Familiar with Lotus Notes, advance trouble-shooting capability is preferred.
