Job description: (For experienced person)
1.Design and simulation algorithms for 3G/4G wireless communication system.
2.Evaluate implementation issues for various algorithms and perform architecture tradeoff

4.Participate in wireless communication standard study and tracking.
5.Support algorithm implementation and test related.

Requirement:
1.3~6 years experience on wireless communication algorithm development
2.MSEE/Phd with strong background on digital communication theory
3.Familiar with 3G/4G wireless communication technology and the related knowledge (GSM/EDGE/TD-SCDMA/HSPA/WiMAX/LTE).
4.Experience on TD-SCDMA/HSPA/WCDMA/LTE physical layer algorithm development
5.Experience on floating and fixed point algorithm development
6.Familiar with Matlab, C/C++, or SystemC.
7.Good teamwork skills

1.Develop 3G/4G physical layer algorithm
2.Support physical layer algorithm implementation and test.
Requirements:
1.MSEE/PhD in Communication or related.   
2.Good understanding of communication basic theory, digital signal processing.
3.Experience on TD-SCDMA/HSPA/LTE/WiMAX algorithm development is plus.
4.Familiar with wireless communication standard and the related knowledge (GSM/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/HSPA/WiMAX/LTE)
5.Familiar with Matlab, C/C++, SPW, CCSS.

1.Undertake the tasks of software module designing, coding, testing in 3G/4G modem projects.
2.Participate in designing software module interface and implementation specifications.
3.Implement software module according to the design specifications.
4.Make test plan, create test scripts, and perform module unit testing.
5.Participate design review, code review, test plan and script review.
6.Software integration test and system test.
7.Lab test and field test, analyzing test log and fix bugs.
8.Product enhancement and maintenance.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree (> 4 years experience) or MSEE (> 2 years experience) with solid background on software development.
2.Familiar with wireless communication system standard (2G, 3G, and 4G), with WCDMA and TD-SCDMA, LTE modem development experience is highly preferred.
3.Familiar with C, C++, and software configuration management is a must.
4.Embedded software programming and debugging experience on ARM or other RISC platform is a plus.
5.Good English written and oral communication skills
6.Self-motivated, strong trouble-shooting capability, good communication skills and team working.

4.Familiar with at least one of the following physical layer technologies:TD-SCDMA/GSM/GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE, WiMax

法銀巴黎證券半導體分析師陳慧明昨（19）日指出，展訊（Spreadtrum）手機晶片6600v出貨時間遞延，給予聯發科（2454）大挖牆角的好機會，

近期分別拿下聞泰（Wingtech）、聯想（Lenovo）、夏新（Amoi）等展訊客戶訂單，第三季營收表現將優於全球手機晶片大廠。

    　不過，陳慧明坦承，聯發科上周與本周中國手機晶片出貨表現並不好，一是奧運期間中國手機需求確實不如預期，二是小尺寸面板存在著缺貨問題，後者應與友達策略性減少手機面板供貨有關，影響所及，聯發科8月營收預估應為80億元、較7月下滑6％。

    　聯發科8月營收雖然恐怕不若預期，但陳慧明認為，9月營收應可回溫，因為奧運後將為中國十一長假需求備貨，加上北京政府在貨幣政策與白牌手機市場的控管政策將調整，他對聯發科第三季繳出15％的營收成長率仍然具有信心。

    　除此之外，聯發科與競爭對手展訊的對決戲碼，也是外資圈觀察焦點，陳慧明指出，一方面聯發科在手機出口市場較占優勢、而且展訊手機晶片6600v推出時程遞延，給予聯發科大挖牆角的機會，尤其是展訊主要客戶聞泰、聯想、夏新等，聯發科近期在新訂單取得都有所斬獲。

    　根據陳慧明推估，今年第一季聯想與夏新手機晶片採用聯發科解決方案的比重，分別為50％與20％，但到了第三季可望成長至70％與50％，算是聯發科主要客戶群裡頭成長幅度相對較大者。聯想與夏新單月手機出貨預估分別為380萬與260萬支，中國前10大手機業者的單月出貨量預估為2,810萬支，為數不小。

    　陳慧明預估，今年聯發科占中國手機晶片出口比重，將由去年的20％大舉成長至39％，若以絕對數量來看，將由去年的1,900萬顆大幅成長至7,000萬顆，成長率高達288％，若以第三季營收成長率來看，聯發科應可優於競爭對手。

    　目前陳慧明仍分別給予聯發科「買進」投資評等與410元目標價，聯發科短線股價之所以能拉出一波長紅，應與陳慧明兩周前率先調升投資評等、並帶動美商美林證券跟進有關，他預估，今年與明年每股獲利分別為23.01與28.39元。
