RF Principal Engineer（beijing)
Role description
He or she is responsible for mobile phone RF design and evaluation. He or she is also responsible for RF technology tracking, RF platform and roadmap development, RF design methodology and process optimization etc. He or she will also act as technical liaison between RF and other related functions like antenna, EMC, layout etc.
Operational responsibilities
1.RF design and evaluation of mobile phone projects
2、RF new platform architecture design, system design, system integration and implementation.
3、Participation in the early phases of mobile phone/platform projects, responsible for the RF related requirement analysis, feasibility investigation, system design, etc.
4、Act as technical liaison between RF engineering team and other related functions like layout, EMC, antenna, etc
Development responsibilities
1、Responsible for RF technology, platform strategy and roadmap development, e.g. new technologies, new platform investigation, evaluation and qualification, etc.
2、Lead R&D RF design methodologies, work flow, process optimization and innovation.
3、Track industry technology and platform evolution and align with organization strategy.
4、Knowledge, experience and good practices sharing among different project teams.
5、Team coaching. Help to build the capabilities and experience of RF team in FDB.
6、Drive RF related R&D activities if applicable
