求助手机FTA测试发现的射频问题

在TMC测试FTA时发现有两项射频问题，有以下疑问：

13.3.4.1: Method of test for equipment with a permanent antenna connector.
      搞不懂此项到底测的是什么
13.4: Output RF spectrum. The output RF spectrum is the relationship between the frequency offset from the carrier and the power, measured in a specified bandwidth and time, produced by the MS due to the effects of modulation and power ramping.
      看英文解释此项好像测的是开关谱和调制谱，但是Fail项标识的是Spurious是不是指的传导杂散的问题？？
