职位描述:
Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of software, systems, sub-systems, applications and/or hardware issues for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities. Supports complex end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. May include supporting 3rd party products. This is a post-sales remote support position for both hardware & software complex configurations. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems. English is required. Additional languages (Japanese, Korean or Cantonese) and certified accredidations are an added value.
任职要求:
1. Solid technical background; SW programming experience desired; professional certifications are desired, MCSE, CNA, CCNA, Avaya Certification.
2. Typically requires 5+ years technical experience.
Telecom specialization preferred.
3. Fluent English
