Position:RF 研发经理  
  Work with HQ's RF engineering team & leads the local RF engineers and is in charge of RF design, testing and approval activities in the projects
-Management of the RF design and development group
-Resource assignment to projects
-Provide technical support on all of related issues to the project teams and maintain common and updated information level to all teams
-Decide and approve RF concept proposals for 3G mobile devices
-Recruit, manage, motivate, assess, promote and develop employees in their area of responsibility
-Assess, select and implement new technologies related to 3G mobile devices.

Requirements
-MS & above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of experience of leader of an RF design team
-Strong knowledge at RF circuit and system design
-Indep knowledge of CDMA/GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA technology
-Strong leadership
-Good modern communication skills and team cooperation capability
-Skilled in English language (speak and writing)

Position:Embed Software 经理       
Responsible for the analysis, re-programming, integration, unit-test and production debugging and modification of new and existing wireless phone software.
Having wide-ranging experience uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
MS degree in Computer Science.
8+ years experience including software development in C and/or C++, Java, PERL, and Qualcomm platform software experience.
Must have experience in managing multiple software projects in various site offices.
Knowledge of software documentation, utilities and job control languages.
Knowledge of front end software technical requirement definition using standard processes.
Knowledge of network protocols and network interface development.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
