OV538 new sensor UVC board program updated- V1.42

Attached is the newest version of OV_ImageLAB. Pls transform the ext name to '.zip'.

Update log:
1) new firmware '8.5.28.4' for OV538 UVC board;
2) new sensor settings updated;
3) support OV6690, OV7690, OV3642;
4) add image mirror/flip functions in ImageView;
