Job Title: Linux Embedded SW Development Consultant/Project Manager
Location: Shanghai, China


Design and develop the software platform for telecommunication products. Responsible for Linux Embedded SW development, Linux/RTOS porting and system bring up. Design and develop system infrastructure architecture including IPC, networking, memory management, etc. Enhance the Linux Kernel for an embedded Linux, develop one of the products such as Optical Transmission/ Data System, DVB application for Digital TV / Set Top Box(STB), Mobile Phone, xDSL / Home Gateway, etc.

Requirement and Qualification:
1.        Bachelor or above degree in computer engineering, electronic engineering and relevant majors
2.        3+ years of Linux embedded SW development at least on following fields
a)        Linux Kernel configuration, compiling, optimization
b)        Linux device driver design and development
c)        Linux application design and development
3.        Strong C/C++ programming skills.
4.        Be familiar and with relevant development experience as least on one of following products:
a)        Telecommunication Systems like Optical Transmission System, Data Systems, Broadband Access, VoIP, etc. (at least one of which)
b)        DVB/STB
c)        Mobile phones of GSM, GPRS, TD-SCDMA, etc. (at least one of which)
d)        WIFI, Laptop and Electrical Devices (at least one of which)
5.        Deep knowledge of operating system, principle of microcomputer, data structure, principle of compiling, etc. is a plus.
6.        Java development experience is a plus
7.        Good command of spoken & written English.
8.        Responsible, innovative and enthusiastic.
9.        Strong communication and analytical skills.
10.        Versatile candidate is highly preferred!
