Positions Title: Senior SW Engineer-Dimetra
Responsibility :
  - Engaged in Dimetra SIT (System Integration Test) tools development
  - Lead a 2~3 team to deliver the projects with aggressive schedule & quality
  - Based on the system feature specification, identify the enhancement requirements or new requirements for system integration test tools
  - Responsible for the whole SW project lifecycles, covering: requirements, design, coding/unit test until project distribution
  - Coach the junior engineers in the team
Requirements/SkillSet:
- BS/MS/Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering/Electronic Engineering or related areas;
- 5+ R&D experience in multinational telecom company.
- Strong background in telecom protocols implementations, experienced in GSM/CMDA/WiMAX/NGN/TETRA infrastructure protocols stacks design/implementation preferred
- At least 2+ work experience in Windows based SW development with VC/C++/C#/Java
- Strong project management & control skills. Have ability to handle a SW project from requirements until engineering release to the user
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written in both Chinese and English) and interpersonal skills are a must
- Team work spirits
