Role Description：
The role of the Antenna Manager is to manage the antenna design and development group composed of antenna designers, test engineers. The antenna group is responsible for electrical and and/or customization of mobile phone antennas, active and passive antenna measurements, antenna simulations, design of antenna production and test equipment, and documentation, antenna production. Additionally,
He/she will be responsible for coaching the antenna engineer group and to drive them to high efficiency performance.
He/she will ensure the efficient flow of information between the antenna engineer team and the customers.
Operational responsibilities：
Management of the antenna design and development group
Decide and approve antenna concept proposals for mobile phones
Provide technical support on all antenna related issues to the project teams and maintain common and updated information level to all teams.
Assess, select and implement new technologies related to mobile phone antennas
Development responsibilities
•Development of effective antenna design
•Definition and implementation of new development processes suitable for antenna design and development
Position in organization：
Antenna Manager within the CTS Department of the Beijing Design Center reporting to the antenna Senior Manager.
Competencies required：
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication majoring in Microwave Technology
Minimum 5 years working experience in the Antenna mobile design, telecommunication industry, three years of which in an international company
Minimum 1 years people management experience leading a team of at least 5 Antenna engineers
High skills and experience with small size antenna design and manufacturing
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical problems to customers as well as members of the higher management
Capability to methodically approach problems and find solutions to them
