QA Manager

IPM       
Lead and coordinate the Industrialization project. Report to the Main project manager. Make and follow up the Industrialization project schedule. Work together with IP Partners and factory. Budget responsible

Test Engineer         "
To design and execute platform test cases, report and track bug report, support SW development in Trouble Shooting. Bachelor or above Degree in Computer Science, Mobile Communication or Network Communication etc.
* 1-3 years or more experience in SW verification, i.e. of the mobile products;
* Nice to have; 1 year or more SW application development expereience;
* Good team player and communication skill;
Technical Skills & Knowledge (outside academic/professional education)
* SW Verification, Good at SW Application development or verification
* Good command of both written and spoken English   "

IPQM       
IPQM will support IPM to take charge all quality related work during industrialization project. IPQM responsibility as below:
1. The IPQM should be the voice of the customer - a strong representative for the quality and customer perspective in the IP, securing quality mindset in the project.
2. Create and follow up project quality plan.
3. Verify project production process.
4. Take project quality risk management.
5. Release quality inspection specification, and follow up the execution.
IPQM qualification as below:
1. More than 3 years experience of production and quality in manufacturing, mobile communication related is prefer.
2. Knowledge of quality, such as QC 7 tools, SPC, ISO, AQL...
3. Knowlege of project management.
4. Fluent English and Chinese.
5. Can work with travel   &D organization within the mobile phone industry.

SW Project Manager       
"MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic/Professional Education
Technical Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science equivalent

Relevant Experience
Several years experience with project-oriented methodologies as the project manager for an R&D organization within the mobile phone industry.

Technical Skill & Knowledge (outside academic/professional education)
Possesses project-oriented methodology skills. Combines creativeness with result orientation& has the ability to enthusiast and motivate people within own & interface organizations.
Major Responsibilities

Planning and Budgeting
Keep an update all SW project plans.
Check SW costs against SW budget.
Product SW Development
Drives the implementation.
Product SW System Verification
Secure SW System Verification for all local CH/HK SW variants for selected phone projects. Establish SW development ways to ensure quality.   

HQA
"Academic/Professional Education
-Bachelor or above
-Professional Electronic/Mechanic/Telecommunication eduction
Relevant Experience
-More than 10 year mibile industry experience
-More 5 years HW quality management experience
-HW development experience
-Experience for quality risk identification and mitigation plan
-Understand reliability test procedure and test spec well
-Anylize and track HW defect with DMS
-Customer quality orientated style
-Good communication and influence skill
-Well know TTM model
-Rank defect with ABC ranking system
Technical Skills & Knowledge(outside academic/professional education)
-Fluent in Chinese and English.
-Six-sigm knowledge is needed   "
