Duty and Responsibilities
• According to customer’s specifications, analyze product EMC requirements; create EMC design strategy in system concept design phase; review schematic and design filters; propose detailed PCB layout guidelines from EMC perspective.
• Create EMC test plans.
• Execute retrofits/debugging in EMC prescan phase.
• Participate in overall project planning on a frequent basis. May be responsible for multiple projects and support multiple product lines in digital consumer segment.
• Make reports and presentation for team communication. Regularly provide EMC training to transfer and improve EMC knowledge within whole organization.
• Documentation in English.
Qualifications/Capabilities:
• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in analog and digital systems;
• Good knowledge in Electromagnetics; background in Microwave/RF engineering is a plus;
• Skilled in signal & EMI filter design;
• Good knowledge in Safety design;
• Solid knowledge in Signal Integrity.
• Familiar with global regulatory EMC standards.
• Strong sense of responsibility, and disciplined.
• The ability to demonstrate effective analytical, teamwork and communications skills.
• Good written and oral English language skills are essential.
