OV7690已经出来了

OV7690已经出来了啊，但是芯片很小，感光像素使用的和7680一样的 ，但是芯片体积比7680小的多，不知道有哪家的镜头可以和他搭配啊 。有没有大侠指点一下啊，还是接着用凤凰的吗？

我说错了啊 ，是7690的Pixel size和7680的差不多。越做越小，呵呵呵。
3楼的朋友，你说“OV7690的pixel pitch是1.75um 與2650, 364x相同”。但是7680是1/10‘的，Pixel size是1.1um 。而7690比7680好要小，他的Pixel size会是1.75um 吗？能不能具体解释一下啊?
找这样看的话，感光像素比7680大，而尺寸比7680小，他7690 的像质会不会比7680还要差呢？我觉得7680就已经很难推了，要是7690比7680还要烂的话，那就没法推了啊。因为哥们只拿到了芯片，还没有镜头和其它测试的装备，规格书也没有，所以对于7690还不是很了解。3楼的朋友，你要是知道的话能不能先具体阐述一下关于7690的一些情况啊 ？至于你所说的
Largen的镜头值得研究，看看在说了啊！

不好意思，刚刚看错资料了啊 ，再次更正啊，7680是1/10‘的，Pixel size是2.2um 。但是7690的Pixel size这么小，看尺寸因该是1/11'吧？应该是目前手机摄像模组中我知道的最小的感光芯片了。它把Pixel size做这么小，抛出镜头因素不说，芯片本身的噪点、锯齿等不知道能不能有所改善，要是连7680都不如的话，就难推了啊

Optical format 是 1/13 --inch

锯齿 跟 scaling 演算法比較有關
但是OV7690是為ultra low cost platform設計的 拿掉很多scaling function
所以使用上 只能有幾個特定大小  因此鋸齒不會是問題

Pixel size小 的確會影響到入光亮的多寡
但是pixel structure的設計  以及製程上感光度的進度  的確足以彌補從2.2um 降到 1.75um 的影響 同時由於製程的進步(from 0.13um to 0.11um) 對leakage current減小有大大助益
所以噪點會比之前更小

还有一个很大问题，及时在SMT贴片时候，7690十分安逸辨别方向，因为它的焊点20个成中心对称，从正面也看不出方向。只能用放大镜（我的眼睛近视，我得用放大镜），以A1，C3两个焊点的电路接法判断方向，这样的话贴片很容易贴错的。如果量产是不可能用放大镜去一个一个看的。除非OV做出方向标记，不然也是很难推的

well, 那麼小一顆 很難做標記呀 (沒地方做呀...)

芯片背面应该有标1PIN吧, 不会没有标记吧.............

不会这么山炮吧！那芯片前面是成矩形对称，后面20个焊点是成中心对称，不做标记贴片怎么贴啊 ？还不如增加一个焊点连空，这样21个焊点就容易分方向了啊 。不然20个焊点正好是对称的，OV设计的时候也是有欠考虑啊[em13][em13][em13]

BARCELONA, Spain, Feb. 12 -- Mobile World Congress -- OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:OVTI), the world's largest supplier of CMOS image sensors, today launched the world's smallest VGA CameraChip sensor, the OV7690. The new 1/13-inch VGA sensor features the newest generation of OmniVision's proprietary pixel architecture, OmniPixel3-HS, which delivers almost double the sensitivity and low-light performance (960mV/Lux-sec) of other low cost sensors.

The OV7690's new 1.75-micron OmniPixel3-HS architecture combined with a unique, non-linear micro lens shift technology allows for a significant reduction in distance between the sensor and the lens, and thus enables OmniVision to significantly reduce the module height while maintaining the highest levels of image quality and camera performance. The result is an ultra-thin camera module of just 4.5 x 4.5 x 2.8 mm, a critical characteristic both for slim camera phones and for notebook applications where the camera module can be no thicker than the LCD housing.

"With the VGA camera market still experiencing solid growth and showing even further growth potential, we developed this VGA sensor with our most advanced production pixel technology," said Bruce Weyer, OmniVision's Vice President of Marketing. The OV7690 comes in a newly developed chip scale package (CSP3) which further improves device reliability and reduces system height.

The OV7690 is currently available for sampling, and OmniVision expects to begin volume production in the third calendar quarter of 2008.
