具体要求如下：
  
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (Masters preferred).
- 3+ years of professional software design and development experience.
- Strong C/C++ skills (3+ years)
- Software development experience in an embedded environment.
- Strong experience in writing device drivers (2+ years).
- Experienced in the set top box development, especially experience with drivers in ST, Broadcom or Conexant based systems, is a strong plus.
