The candidate will be responsible for PC/host side device driver and sample application software development. The job responsibility includes team building, setting technical direction, mentoring, maintaining the technical policy as well as delivering the all software with high quality in timely fashion. The job also involves the job and resource assignment and schedule tracking. This position needs to provide the technology leadership to develop outstanding device driver, testing code and applications.[52RD.com]

Job Qualification:[52RD.com]

BS, MS in EE and CS with 12+ year experience required.[52RD.com]
8+ years software management and 5+ years senior software management is desired.[52RD.com]
Strong technical ability is required. Very high technical competence, track record of strong coding and individual technical accomplishments. [52RD.com]
Experience leading engineering organizations and delivering robust products. [52RD.com]
Experience in device driver development in Windows and Linux OS. [52RD.com]
Solid leadership skills, experience building strong engineering teams is required. [52RD.com]
Strong project-management skills. [52RD.com]
Proven track record for product delivery.
