在飞速发展的无线通讯市场上，和WLAN，WIMAX等芯片厂商合作开发测试解决方案，并提供给全球范围内的ODM's和OEM厂商

工作职责:
-开发Wireless 产品测试分析软件，对WLAN,WIMAX和BLuetooth信号进行测试，分析和处理，测试解决方案的开发，根据不同的芯片方案和客户需求，设计测试软件和测试流程；
-设计和编写测试流程软件，针对不同芯片，设计测试方法，开发测试软件和工具，进行测试并分析和验证测试结果；
-和芯片产商共同开发相应芯片的测试方案，并针对全球范围内的OEM，ODM厂商提供支持。

职位要求：
-本科以上学历，两年以上工作经验，计算机，通讯或电子相关专业；
-熟悉C，C++语言，具有两年以上使用Visual C++（或.net）进行软件编程的经验，了解如何在windows上开发控制和测试软件
-具有无线通讯相关知识，对于WLAN信号的特性有一定了解
-最好具有射频芯片测试经验，了解如何开发测试系统并分析测试结果；
-具有Linux C开发经验优先，具有测试软件开发与windows driver开发经验优先；
-出色的独立地分析问题与故障排除能力，适应同时工作在多个开发项目下；
-适应英文工作环境（良好的英文听、说和写方面的能力）；
-有团队合作精神，能与同事及客户进行良好沟通和合作；
-良好的学习能力与客户服务意识。
-良好的工作主动性与敬业精神。

You will be developing and validating software solutions for growing WLAN, WiMAX, and UWB wireless market. You will have the opportunity to develop test programs for various chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's on a worldwide basis.

Responsibility:
-Design, develop and validate turnkey testing software for WLAN, WiMax, Bluetooth, Cellular, and other wireless technologies.
-Develop test software to verify the WLAN, WiMax, and Bluetooth product functionality and performance , analysis results, and develop measurement algorithm.
-Develop test software automatically control and verify measurement systems
-Work closely with chipset companies, ODM's and OEM's to provide software test solutions. Support customers and help customize interface for production test and measurement systems

Qualifications:
-Bachelor or Master major in CS, EE or related discipline
-At least 2 years working experience of instrument control in wireless communication field ;
-At least 2 years C and VC++ programming experience;
-Good knowledge in RF, mobile communication, digital modulation techniques
-Software experience in Test software development and windows driver development is a plus ;
-Good software programming skill in C, VC, Lab Windows/CVI ;
-Able to work independently and complete multiple projects on schedule. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills.
-Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing)
-Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members
Good learning ability and Customer oriented
Willing to take initiative and Perseverance

DESIRABLE
The knowledge of wireless protocols and measurement equipment control will be helpful for this position

工作职责：
－在本公司现有的IQ系列Wifi&Wimax测试设备基础上从事有关WiFi, WiMax测试领域的协同工作 ；
－分析，调试并建立、维护和优化测试与校验系统 ；
－诊断、维修、校准，维护和升级测试设备，完成服务报告和测试报告，参与测试系统相关硬件的开发 ；
－解答客户的技术咨询，对客户进行技术支持，包括故障分析、示范演示与培训等；

职位要求：
1，电磁场、微波或通信等相关专业，应届研究生或本科1年以上工作经验；
2，具备射频量测经验 ；
3，对微波理论及通信系统有一定了解，有射频电路设计和调试经验，具备WLAN相关开发经验者优先；
4，熟悉硬件开发的CAD工具；
5，适应英文工作环境， 有团队精神；
6, 良好的学习能力与客户服务意识；

Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team working on WiFi, WiMax test solutions based around LitePoint’s existing IQ family of Wireless test equipment
- Characterize, analyze and debug test systems
- Setup ,Maintain and optimize tester platform and calibration platform in lab.
- Diagnostic, Repair, Calibrate, maintain and upgrade wireless test equipment. Prepare service report and test report;
- Take part in the development of add-on hardware as part of the test solution
- Answer customer technical inquiries and perform technical support include clarification, demonstration and training for our customer

Qualifications：
- Major in EE or communication technology, Master degree or Bachelor with more than 1 year working experience.
-Rich RF measurement experience (important)
-Have basic knowledge microwaves theory and communication systems. Familiar with RF circuit design and troubleshooting. Experience in WLAN will be a plus.
-Familiar with CAD design tools for hardware development
-Ability to work in English-speaking work environment
- Good learning ability and Customer oriented
- Willing to take initiative and Perseverance
