Job Title:   Software Test Engineer软件测试工程师

Responsibilities
l       Mobile software test case/plan development, conduction and defect management.
l       Software test tool development, improvement and configuration.
l       Continuously improving test process.
l       软件测试例、测试计划的开发、制定和执行，并参与软件的缺陷管理；
l       软件测试工具的开发、改进和配置；
l       持续改进软件测试流程；

Requirements
l       Bachelor or above degree in telecommunication, computer science or similar disciplines
l       Knowledge in TCP/IP, WAP, MMS, BT, POC, JAVA, Streaming, PIM related protocol and application domain
l       Knowledge in GSM/GPRS/UMTS wireless telecommunication system
l       Familiar with software test tools, e.g. Rational Robot and WinRunner
l       Familiar with software engineering tools, as Clear Quest/Clear Case/ Test Director
l       Problem oriented
l       Proactive and confront attitude
l       Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
l       Teamwork spirit

l       通信、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；
l       了解TCP/IP, WAP, MMS, BT, POC, JAVA, 流媒体, PIM的相关手机应用领域；
l       了解GSM/GPRS/UMTS 等无线通信系统；
l       熟悉软件测试工具，如Rational Robot 和 WinRunner；
l       熟悉软件工程工具，如 Clear Quest/Clear Case/ Test Director；
l       问题导向的思维方式
l       积极主动、实事求是
l       良好的中英文沟通；
l       团队精神；
