Abstract EMC is the difficult topic to manufacturer. In this article, EMC three rules & EMC three factors & EMI characteristic & EMC design in five aspects of the situation are introduced. Good advices are put forward. EMC improvement must accord to the case just as doctor curing patient. Writer sparkplug making use of EMC rules and solving EMC problem- implementing EMC design as soon as possible.
