RESPONSIBILITES:
1. To demonstrate and sale the company's products to the customers.
2. To define and execute the sales strategies and increase the revenues  
3. To understand competitive offerings and be able to set opposition ‘traps’ during the sales process to enhance company position in the sales.
4. To have a rich knowledge to manage the Disti
5. To attend tradeshows and collect more info of the competitors’ related IC and their product info.
6. To develop relationships with existing customers and prospects to increase company revenue opportunities.
7. To support regional business development activities and marketing events.
8. To work with AE, customer support and engineering teams to determine requirements and to communicate those requirements into product requirement specifications.
9. To work with engineering to ensure that product development requirements meet the expectations and needs of the customer.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Must have an undergraduate degree above.
2.       Require 5+ year IC/mobile /PMP/MP4/MP3 or other electronic consumer industry sales experience.
3.       Be positive attitude, proactive behavior, and a high desire for achievement.
4.       Be willing to form a strong partnership with sales counterparts.
5.       Be enthusiastic, sees problems as opportunities, and proactively develops knowledge and skills needed
6.       Must be a self starter and able to develop sales strategies for prospects/customers.
7.       Be able to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment
8.       Be willing to travel at short notices to accomplish sales team objectives.
9.       Be able to work under high stress and tight deadlines
10.     Be able to travel 30-60%
11.     Be well developed in highly effective spoken and written communication in English.
