Master degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 8 years industrial experience and at least 5 of them in cellular phone

· Knowledge of GSM protocol is essential

· Strong logical analysis and problem solving capability.

· Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Fluent written and oral Chinese and English language capability.
