Senior RF Engineer
This expert will start to the following key responsibilities;
1. Responsible for overall design of RF validation, schematics design, PCB LAYOUT quality and guidance. (Video endpoint and desktop phones with WIFI/BT/NFC functions)
2. Act as the main interface from HW side to SLM, discuss with SLM to work out the RF module requirement then split the unit level requirement into submodule level as their requirement: i.e. the work of RF module lectotype, algorithms, identify the product specification etc.
3. Tracking the key nodes of RF technology, responsible for guiding the solution of specific problems in the project and provide modified scheme.
4. Responsible for RF index debug and validation of product engineering prototype.

Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years product development, hands-on experience in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC products in highly desired.
• In-depth knowledge of RF transceiver system
• Collaboration with internal/International teams about issues and solutions, familiar with radio compliance requirement is a plus
• Skilled with radio test related instruments such as signal generator, signal spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.
• Team players and self-motivated

Senior Camera Engineer
Specific responsibilities include:
•        The candidate will be working with world class engineering team on innovative products which will cover camera and smart peripheral products.
•        Lead camera development for video conference market.
•        Be responsible for camera components evaluation, engineering prototype and design verification.
•        Be responsible for image quality test.
•        Support operation team in mass production.
Job Requirements & Attributes:
•        5+ years Master degree or 7+ years Bachelor degree, Optical Engineering, EE, Automation or computer major
•        4+ years in the field of camera related industry
o        Camera development experience is necessary.
o        Knowledge of camera components, including lens, sensor and ISP
o        Hands on experience image quality testing
o        Strong camera-level debug skill
•        Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
•        Following experience or knowledge will be a plus
o        Familiar with ISP pipeline and fundamental algorithms
o        Familiar with camera vendors and eco-systems

Acoustic Engineer_ Platform
Overview:
This position is mainly work as an audio expert, role of audio codec tuning, acoustic system design and audio performance assurance. The candidate should be familiar with common used audio codec, audio algorithm, C or C++ software, finite element analysis and audio measurement. He or she will work closely with platform development team and ensure the audio quality on Polycom desktop/conference phone products.
Responsibilities:
1. Acoustic design and codec tuning
•        Know the basic theory of acoustic element and have good design experience.
•        Have good knowledge of components and system design.  
•        Proficient in audio codec register tuning. Guarantee the proper register configuration and high quality audio path single.
•        Clearly understand the software team requirements. Work with software team porting codec register.
2. System measurement
•        Familiar with all kinds of acoustic measurement, standard and deeply understanding in audio quality judgment.
•        Optimize system performance, audio system debug as well as trouble shooting.
3. Other system works  
•        Provide reference on hardware IC selection, discuss with EE on schematic design and audio circuits
•        Exchange ideas with other acoustic experts, Ensure the product have high audio quality
•        Provide help on production line measurement based on acoustic theory
Qualifications:
•        Master degree or more than 5 years work in audio industry / signal processing.
•        Experience in audio codec tuning.
•        Experience in C++ or Linux software of IP phone
•        Experience in acoustic design and system measurement.
•        Have knowledge of audio algorithm
•        Good communication skills
•        Willing to share in the team
