PRIMARY PURPOSE:


·        RF Design and Development of Antennas


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   
                        

In close dialog with the customer analyse needs and demands, and work out specifications.
Design and development of antennas and components accordingly to specifications.
Develop new antenna concepts.
Work out diagrams and circuits documents, and fulfil and certify test.
  Report status to the customer.
Work with manufacturing plants in China and India assisting in the transfer of projects from the design and prototyping stage to the mass production stage. which also includes  
Look up information on new technologies and systems that the company and/or the customer will implement.
  

EDUCATION:
Required:   

·          Master or Bachelor of Science – Master or Bachelor of Science - Electromagnetic

EXPERIENCE:

·        3-5 years of antenna design - preferably for mobile phones.
·          Antenna measurement experience.
·          Antenna simulation software.
·          Project Management and customer interaction.
·          Prototype design and build.
·          Microsoft Office.
·          Used to travel 10-15 days per year.


OTHER:   

·        A self-driven and well-organized person with a high initiative and the ability to work independently.
·          Has power of penetration because of a positive and straightforward behaviour, strong professional skills and team spirit.
·        Analytical and open minded.
·          Has maturity, drive and the commitment to fulfil the tasks.
·          Has a good understanding for the mobile business.
·        A person with a good general view and the ability to go into details when needed.
·        English on negotiation level and in writing.
