Primary Responsibilities:
1. Displays understanding of the structure and workings of the customer's organization and culture
2. Conducts account activities from a deep understanding of the customer's business strategy and operations
3. Anticipates future needs based on thorough understanding of the customer’s strategy
4. Forms relationships at varying levels and functions within the customer's organization which result in revenue
5. Creates helpful linkages between customers and key management at Teleca
6. Links Teleca ’s core competencies with customer needs
7. Knows own competitors and their position in the customer account
8. Creates sales strategies based on a thorough understanding of customers and their markets
9. Monitors account performance and redirects efforts when goals are not being met
10. Conveys a sense of urgency in driving action for key opportunities
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree or equivalent in software or electronic engineering
2. Experience for more than three years in software or IT industry
3. Experience in Sales at MNC account
4. Presentation skills
5. Good Communication skills
6. Winning attitude
7. Knowledge of the software outsourcing business
8. Good at spoken and written English |
