ARM-linux-gcc can't compile AT91RM9200'u-boot

I got the source code of AT91RM9200DK U-Boot from ATMEL. First , I installed ARM-linux-gcc cross compiler by extract cross-2.95.3 in red hat linux 9 OS. I then modified compiler's path.(I had proved the compiler installed successful.), but when I input "make" instruction, the source code can't were compiled and displayed  "error : no such instruction "b resetinitial" ". I don't know how I could deal with it ? please give me help! Txs.
