English Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Responsibilities
l Lead team to do system design for EVB, reference design and integrated with RF module
l Lead team to evaluate and recommend RF related components, integrated them into system designs
l Lead team to continue to improve overall system performance and cost
l Manage board manufacturing
l Support customer for hardware to RF designs
l Resource management for both hardware and RF teams
l Cooperate with PM to successfully deliver high quality products with competitive schedule and cost
l Continue to improve engineering efficiency, report improving strategy and progress
l Motivate and coach team to build stronger engineering teams
Requirements:
Must Have
l Education: Bachelor or higher degrees in electronics or electrical engineering;
l Experience: at least 7+ years hardware design working experience;
l Experience: at least 3+ years of engineer manager
l Experience of handheld, or GPS product system design;
l Experience of RF related technical development
l EDA tools(Orcad and PowerPCB);
l Responsible, Working in aggressive schedule
l CPLD design and implementation;
l Experience of High-speed circuit design, EMC
l Successful product delivery experience
l Good team management, engineering leadership
l Good communication skill
Nice to have
l Optional: One of following experience will be preference.
l RF design experience
l Familiar with C and ARM assemble language coding
l Fluent in English speaking and writing |
